Are you a Quality Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership of a Quality Management System, lead a team, and have a genuine seat at the table with senior leadership in a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer?

This is a key leadership position with a well-established company that supports large OEM customers across aerospace, defense and other industrial markets. You will lead a quality team of around 6 people, set priorities, develop your team, and drive the systems and metrics that protect on-time delivery and customer confidence.

The business is expanding their facility and doubling in size, with a strong reputation for delivering complex work to high standards, making this a great time to join and take ownership of quality strategy as the company grows.

This role would suit an experienced quality leader from an aerospace, automotive or similar high-precision manufacturing background, looking to step into a role with real ownership, influence, and the opportunity to build and develop a team.

The Role:

• Lead the Quality Department, setting daily/weekly/monthly priorities
• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO9001 environment)
• Lead audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the business
• Present quality metrics/KPIs to upper management monthly and quarterly
• 1st shift, flexible start time between ~6:00am-8:00am (40 hours)

The Person:

• Quality management leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace/automotive preferred)
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO9001, audits, and corrective actions
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leadership
