Are you a Bridge Engineer, Structural Engineer, or Transportation Engineer looking to take ownership of your work and become a go-to technical expert in a business that is growing fast for the right reasons?

On offer is a long-term position with a specialist engineering firm that has carved out a niche in bridge and crossing design, and is now expanding due to strong demand for its patented precast system. You'll be trusted to work autonomously, supported with training where needed, and given a clear runway for progression as the team grows.

This is a remote role across the US, with travel to the Maine office approximately once every month / 6 weeks to stay connected with the team and support key collaboration. You'll design bridge and crossing solutions (including smaller structures that many engineers overlook), work closely with clients and partners, and support presentations as the product gains interest across the US and beyond.

This role would suit a Bridge/Structural Engineer with AASHTO experience who wants more responsibility, technical variety, and a genuine opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role:

• Remote bridge / crossing design role, with travel to the Maine office once every month / 6 weeks
• Design and deliver bridge / crossing engineering solutions (office + some field work as required)
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a small technical team
• Support client-facing work including presentations/seminars as required

The Person:

• Bridge or Structural Engineer with AASHTO experience (or closely related crossing experience)
• Strong structural fundamentals and comfortable working from codes/standards
• Confident communicating with clients and representing the business professionally
