Are you a COO, VP of Operations, or Operations Director looking for a true #2 leadership role where you can help scale an established aerospace and defense manufacturer through major growth and long-term succession planning?

This is a rare opportunity to join a business with 50+ years of history and a close-knit, on-site leadership team, where you will play a key part in operational strategy, execution, and customer-facing leadership as the company targets significant expansion over the next four years.

You'll take ownership across manufacturing operations, driving performance and building the structure, processes, and leadership needed to support rapid growth, working closely with the C-suite and key stakeholders.

As a result of continued growth plans and ambitious objectives, they are now looking to bring in a proven operations leader to help take the organization to the next level.

This role would suit an experienced operations leader from aerospace, defense, or manufacturing, looking for a senior position with real influence, long-term impact, and the chance to be part of a high-growth journey.

The Role:

• Senior on-site leadership position overseeing manufacturing operations
• Leading the organization through significant growth and operational change

• Leadership experience within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading organizations through significant growth
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or business
