Are you a Process Piping Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager looking to lead a major capital project in advanced manufacturing and progress through clearly defined PM levels toward Project Director? You will join a business established in 1978 with a strong reputation across commercial and industrial construction, recognized for a collaborative culture, accessible leadership, and regular team events. Due to securing a major new project, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth.

In this role you will develop execution plans, staffing strategies, schedules, budgets, and procurement plans while driving collaborative delivery and accountability across stakeholders in a cleanroom/advanced manufacturing environment.

This role would suit a Process Piping Project Manager with experience delivering large capital projects in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments, looking for long-term progression, responsibility, and the chance to lead from the front on a flagship project.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of process piping/mechanical construction works on a major semiconductor facility
• Develop project execution plans, staffing strategies, schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Manage delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover
• Drive collaborative project delivery while maintaining accountability for results
• On-site position based in Taylor, TX

The Person:

• Project management experience on process piping and/or mechanical construction projects
• Background delivering semiconductor projects and/or cleanroom/advanced manufacturing environments
• Track record on large capital projects (ideally $100M+)
