Are you an Electrical Project Manager with heavy industrial experience, looking for a role where you can take full ownership of major projects and progress through multiple PM levels toward senior leadership? On offer is a senior project role where you will lead electrical scopes on major industrial projects, building execution plans and driving delivery across staffing, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder management.

This company is a long-established industrial contractor working across large commercial and industrial environments. They are known for an accessible leadership team and a strong, team-led culture, and are now expanding due to a major new project award in the semiconductor/manufacturing space.

In this role you will manage delivery from pre-construction planning through execution, ensuring safe, collaborative project delivery while maintaining clear accountability for results.

This role would suit an Electrical Project Manager with a Texas Master Electrician License, heavy industrial project experience, and the drive to step into a role with genuine responsibility and clear progression toward senior project leadership.

The Role:

• Manage electrical project delivery on large-scale industrial builds
• Develop execution plans, staffing strategies, schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Lead collaborative delivery while maintaining accountability for results
• Office/site-based role in Taylor, TX on major industrial project work

The Person:

• Texas Master Electrician License (essential)
• Heavy industrial electrical project experience, ideally on $100M+ projects
• Strong project planning and leadership capability across schedule, cost, and procurement
