This role would suit an Injection Molding Technician with strong process knowledge who enjoys solving technical problems, improving production performance and taking on greater responsibility.

The Role:

• Set up and optimize injection molding processes, including start-ups, shutdowns, mold changes and material changes.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machinery and implement improvements to production performance.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation.

The Candidate:

• Hands-on experience with injection molding machinery and processes.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs and automated equipment.
• A technically minded individual looking for autonomy, development and long-term career progression.
