Are you a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer looking for the opportunity to take charge of a site's maintenance function, with the freedom to implement your own strategies and shape how the department operates?

On offer is a hands-on position where you will have full responsibility for equipment reliability, maintenance planning and minimizing downtime, playing a key role in keeping production running efficiently.

This is a great opportunity to work in a brand-new facility that is investing heavily in its future. With ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for a technically strong individual to establish maintenance standards and help build a reliable, efficient operation from the ground up.

You will take ownership of maintenance procedures, equipment performance and repair schedules, working closely with production and tooling. As the site expands, there will be opportunities to grow your responsibilities and progress into more senior positions.

This role would suit a maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex equipment issues, taking ownership of plant reliability and building the foundations of a successful maintenance operation.

The Role:

• Take ownership of preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility, minimizing downtime and production disruption.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to improve equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems across production machinery.

The Candidate:

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Looking for autonomy and the opportunity to establish maintenance standards within a growing facility.
