Are you a Senior Program Manager looking to take ownership of new product delivery within an innovative residential construction business?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of new housing products, taking responsibility for schedule, budget and risk from initial concept through manufacturing and completed homes on site.

The company is entering a significant phase of growth, expanding its residential product portfolio and investing in innovative construction technologies to deliver high-quality homes and communities across California.

Working within the Engineering team, you will bring together Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Construction teams around a single delivery plan, coordinating development milestones, production readiness and initial site deployment.

The Role

• Own program schedules, budgets and risks from initial feasibility through product development, production release and site delivery

• Lead phase-gate reviews, coordinate cross-functional dependencies and drive decisions, changes and outstanding actions to completion

• Coordinate first article builds and site deployment, overseeing drawing releases, material readiness and factory and field issue resolution

• Develop program management processes, dashboards and reporting, giving leadership clear visibility of schedule, cost and delivery risks

The Person

• Background in program management within modular construction, architecture, automotive, manufacturing or comparable physical product development

• Proven ownership of schedule, budget and risk through a phase-gate process, from early design through production or construction

• Experience delivering prototypes or first article builds, with the technical understanding to read drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

• Experience using Microsoft Project, Asana or comparable scheduling tools, alongside construction or engineering document control platforms
