Are you a Quality Manager, Automotive Quality Engineer, or Quality Supervisor ready to step into a high-ownership role where you can drive plant-wide quality performance and build a world-class system in a Tier-1 manufacturing environment?

On offer is a permanent, site-based position where you will lead quality production through product and process monitoring, rapid containment, trend analysis, and corrective action-working closely with manufacturing to eliminate root cause and prevent recurrence.

This is a well-established Tier-1 automotive manufacturer producing powertrain and transmission systems to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Quality Manager to strengthen leadership across the plant quality function.

In this role you will support customer VDA audits, manage the department budget, develop and maintain a cost of quality system, and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, salvage, and field return transmission issues in line with the CAR process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality leader looking to take ownership, develop technically, and progress within a high-volume automotive environment.

The Role:

• Lead plant quality activities: monitoring, correction, containment, and corrective actions
• Drive IATF 16949 compliance and support customer VDA audits
• Develop and maintain cost of quality tracking and trend reporting
• Coordinate CAR process for customer complaints, salvage, and field returns
• On-site role in West Point, GA (40 hours/week)

The Person:

• Automotive quality background (powertrain / transmission preferred)
• Experience working to IATF 16949 (TS 16949)
• Quality leadership / supervision experience preferred (3-5 years)
