Are you a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Specialist looking to step up into a true leadership role where you will take ownership of key customer relationships, pricing, and commercial performance for high-volume automotive production?

This is a permanent, site-based position with a well-established Tier-1 automotive manufacturer, where you will lead critical sales activity for production items and have clear progression into management as the business continues to grow.

Part of a global group, they produce powertrain and transmission systems to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their commercial team to support ongoing production and customer demand.

In this role you will manage pricing and negotiations, sales forecasting and budgeting, KPI reporting, and customer coordination, while overseeing a small support team. You will also support USMCA/NAFTA trace value reporting, maintain country-of-origin data for customs compliance, and work closely with Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Production teams.

This role would suit someone with sales experience in a manufacturing environment who wants to lead from the front, own performance, and grow into a broader management position.

The Role:
- Lead sales activity for production items including pricing, forecasting, KPI and budget planning
- Manage and develop a small support team (3-5 direct reports)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Finance, Quality and Production to support mass production
- Support USMCA/NAFTA trace value and country-of-origin/customs compliance requirements
- On-site in West Point, GA with regular domestic/international travel

The Person:
- 3-5+ years sales-related experience, ideally within manufacturing / automotive
- Working knowledge of US customs regulations and sales systems
- Driver's license and a 4-year degree
