On offer is a secure, permanent position where you will develop specialist expertise maintaining critical HVAC infrastructure across a modern manufacturing facility. You will receive ongoing hands-on training, building deep knowledge across high-capacity chillers, ultra-low refrigeration, cooling towers, pumping systems, and large-tonnage package and split systems.

In this role you will complete planned preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and associated electrical systems (including VFD applications), support investigations when equipment issues occur, and coordinate technical work completed by outside contractors while maintaining site standards within a cGMP state.

This role would suit an experienced Industrial / Commercial HVAC Technician looking to build specialist skills, take ownership of critical systems, and grow into a senior technical position as a recognized subject matter expert.

The Role:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial / facility HVAC systems within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, documentation, and compliance-focused work
- Work on high-capacity chillers, cooling towers, pumping systems, package and split systems, refrigeration, and VFD applications
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and support technical investigations as needed
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, on-site

The Person:
- Experienced HVAC Technician (industrial, manufacturing, or commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical aspects of HVAC systems, with knowledge of applicable HVAC codes
- Technical / vocational training (or equivalent HVAC experience)
