Are you a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Maintenance Technician, or Senior Maintenance Tech looking to step into a hands-on leadership role where you can become the go-to technical expert on a complex, regulated site?

On offer is a long-term opportunity with a growing biopharmaceutical manufacturer, where you'll be developed on specialist site utilities and supported to progress, taking real ownership of night-shift maintenance across a modern facility.

This business is known for its unique operations and continued investment in both equipment and people. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen the night shift and support ongoing reliability improvements.

In this role you will plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, support technicians and contractors, and stay hands-on with multi-discipline systems including HVAC, steam, chilled water, BMS, compressed air, emergency generators, and Water for Injection (WFI), within a cGMP/FDA-regulated environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Technician looking to develop into a site specialist, increase responsibility, and progress within a stable, expanding manufacturer.

The Role:
- Lead the night shift maintenance team (7pm-7am), remaining hands-on as needed
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and urgent reactive breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Oversee utilities and facility systems (HVAC, steam, chilled water, BMS, compressors, generators, WFI)
- Support continuous improvement, documentation, and compliance in a regulated site

The Person:
- Maintenance Supervisor / Team Lead / Senior Maintenance Technician from an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical or mechanical maintenance background (multi-skilled preferred)
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and leading a small team / contractors
