On offer is a long-term role with an innovative manufacturer where you'll be supported with hands-on training across utility and production support systems, building deep expertise rather than being boxed into one task.

This is a well-established biopharmaceutical manufacturer producing plasma-derived medicines, known for quality, integrity, and a hands-on approach to production. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add another technician to support the site.

In this position you will carry out preventive and reactive maintenance across site utilities and facility systems, completing daily rounds, troubleshooting issues, and documenting work in line with cGMP expectations. You'll work on equipment such as boilers, HVAC chillers, air compressors, pumps, motors, refrigeration, and water systems.

This role would suit an industrial maintenance technician with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to develop into a technical lead/subject matter expert in a specialist industry.

The Role:
- Preventive and reactive maintenance across site utilities and facility systems
- Daily rounds, fault-finding, corrective actions, and work order documentation
- Work on boilers, HVAC chillers, compressors, pumps, motors, refrigeration, and water systems
- On-site position based in Boca Raton, FL

The Person:
- Experience in industrial maintenance / manufacturing or similar environment
- Comfortable reading and working from drawings/blueprints and following detailed procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a safety- and quality-focused approach
