On offer is an exciting opportunity to put your networking knowledge into practice, develop into a product specialist and build relationships with Silicon's valleys top tech giants!

This established technology manufacturer designs and manufactures specialist test and measurement equipment used to validate network performance, synchronization and emulation. You'll join a supportive team offering structured product training, potentially including visits to headquarters, and long-term technical or commercial progression.

Following training, you'll work alongside the business development team as the technical expert, delivering product demonstrations and presentations, helping customers configure equipment and supporting initial integrations. You'll regularly visit customers across Silicon Valley, combining hands-on technical problem-solving with face-to-face interaction.

This role would suit a graduate or junior engineer with networking knowledge who enjoys explaining technology, working with people and developing new skills.

The Role:

• Full product training to become a specialist in network test equipment

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

• Help customers configure equipment, troubleshoot issues and integrate products

• Support the business development team with technical expertise

• Work from home or the San Jose office, with regular customer visits across Silicon Valley

The Person:

• Networking / datacom knowledge gained through university, employment or practical experience

• Enjoys explaining technology and wants a customer-facing technical career

• Some scripting experience

• Keen to learn specialist products and progress long term
