You'll be joining an established San Antonio facility with a dedicated maintenance team and recently upgraded automation equipment. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently, tackling breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance across a varied range of industrial equipment.

With regular overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours, alongside technical training and tuition reimbursement, this is an opportunity to build a stable career while continuing to develop your skills.

The Role:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across automated industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults across motors, conveyors and associated equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes and support improvements to equipment reliability.
• Work 1st Shift (5:30 AM-2:00 PM or 6:00 AM-2:30 PM), with flexibility for occasional second-shift cover and weekends as required.

The Person:

• Proven industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills alongside a solid mechanical maintenance background.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with automation and PLC troubleshooting knowledge beneficial.
