This company is known for solving complex customer problems through application engineering, analysis, and high-quality service. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to add an experienced technical sales professional to support their next phase of development.

In this role you will develop and execute sales strategies, prospect new accounts, visit customer sites, run technical presentations, and work with internal engineering to shape tailored solutions and proposals.

This role would suit an engineering sales professional with power transmission knowledge who wants a high-autonomy position, technical credibility with customers, and long-term progression opportunity.

The Role:
- Develop and grow a territory through consultative, technical sales and new business development
- Visit customer sites and provide technical guidance across bearings, engineering chain, and power transmission products
- Build proposals/quotes and coordinate with engineering on customized solutions
- High level of prospecting and cold outreach, alongside managing key customer relationships
- Travel to customer sites (50%+)

The Person:
- 3+ years engineering/industrial sales experience, ideally in bearings and power transmission
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Metallurgical or related)
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently and developing new accounts
