Are you a Mechanical Foreman, HVAC Foreman or Lead HVAC Technician looking for a role where you can step up, lead projects, and progress toward Superintendent and Project Management with a growing commercial contractor?


This is a permanent, on-site position where you will be supported with training and mentorship, given real responsibility day-to-day, and join a company known for looking after its people and maintaining a strong work-life balance.


This well-established business has built a strong reputation across commercial mechanical projects. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are now looking to add to their team in Newport News.


In this role you will lead a crew on site, run daily check-ins, coordinate with subcontractors, help manage materials to keep projects moving, and support invoicing. You will also spend time in the office around 2 days per week to stay close to project needs and planning.


This role would suit a Mechanical Foreman / HVAC Foreman with strong commercial HVAC experience who wants long-term development, progression, and the chance to take on more responsibility in a business that values its team.


The Role:

• Leading a commercial HVAC / mechanical crew on site in Newport News
• Daily meetings and check-ins with crews on job sites
• Working with subcontractors, materials coordination, and supporting invoicing

The Person:

• Mechanical Foreman / HVAC Foreman background in large commercial construction
• Experience leading a crew
• EPA certification
