Are you a Controls Engineer looking to take full technical ownership of complex, bespoke automation projects at an employee owned company known for its development of engineering talent?

On offer is the chance to work across PLC, HMI, robotics, motion and vision on cutting edge custom machinery for clients ranging from Fortune 500 names to smaller businesses across the globe.

This company is an industry leading, employee owned business that designs and builds custom automated machinery for industries ranging from food and drink to automotive. They're known for one-off, challenging projects and handle everything in-house, from the first design through to building and installing the machines.

In this role you will design and deliver control systems on small to medium sized projects, from schematics and programming through to testing, installation and startup at customer sites. You will be the technical lead on your projects and will guide less experienced engineers and designers.

This role would suit a Controls Engineer with 3+ years of experience looking to take ownership of complex automation projects with a company that rewards its engineers through employee ownership.

The Role:

• Design, program and commission control systems for bespoke automation projects
• Work across PLC, HMI, robotics, motion and vision systems
• Lead your own projects and guide less experienced engineers

The Candidate:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of controls design and project experience
• PLC, HMI, robotics, motion or vision programming experience
