This company is an established commercial specialty contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large and complex construction projects. With longstanding customer relationships, operations across multiple states and continued expansion into new markets, they are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to support the growth of their Commercial Painting Division.

On offer is the opportunity to manage multiple projects from award through closeout, taking responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement and client relationships. You will work closely with field leadership to coordinate resources, maintain quality and protect profitability, with opportunities to take on larger projects and leadership responsibilities as the company grows.

This role would suit a driven Project Manager with a background in commercial painting or specialty subcontracting who is looking for ownership of their projects and a clear opportunity to progress within an expanding company.

The Role:

• 
  Manage multiple commercial painting projects from award through closeout
• 
  Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, billing, scheduling and change orders
• 
  Coordinate manpower, materials and field operations alongside superintendents and foremen
• 
  Opportunity to take on larger projects, greater responsibility and leadership positions

The Candidate:

• 
  Previous project management experience within commercial construction
• 
  Background in commercial painting or specialty subcontracting
• 
  Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and change management
• 
  Ambitious to develop their career and progress into leadership
