Are you a Project Manager with experience in waterproofing, joint sealants or building envelope construction looking to take the next step in your career, with the opportunity to progress into territory or national leadership?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor where you will take ownership of major commercial projects and play a key role in building a division, developing a team and supporting expansion into new markets.

This company is an established commercial specialty contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large and complex construction projects. With longstanding customer relationships, operations across multiple states and continued investment in their Waterproofing & Joint Sealants Division, they are looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager to help drive further growth.

On offer is the opportunity to manage multiple projects from award through closeout, taking responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement and client relationships. Alongside project delivery, you will help establish processes, support field teams and shape how the division develops.

This role would suit a driven Project Manager with a background in waterproofing or related specialty construction who wants increasing leadership responsibility and a potential route into territory or national management as the division expands.

The Role:

• Manage multiple commercial waterproofing and joint sealant projects from award through closeout
• Take ownership of budgets, profitability, scheduling, procurement and change orders
• Work closely with field leadership, general contractors and customers to deliver successful projects
• Help develop the team and support division growth, with potential progression into territory or national leadership

The Candidate:

• Previous project management experience within commercial specialty construction
• Background in waterproofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, air barriers, coatings or related building envelope scopes
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts and change management
• Ambitious to help build a growing division and progress into a senior leadership position
