You will lead engineering projects from initial planning through manufacturing and delivery, coordinating electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure technical requirements, schedules, and project milestones are achieved. Alongside managing project execution, you will mentor junior engineers, allocate engineering resources, and help improve internal processes while developing your own leadership experience.

This role would suit an experienced Project Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Project Manager with a background in manufacturing or engineered products who is looking to take the next step into engineering management, lead technical teams, and take ownership of complex projects.

The Role:

• Lead engineered-to-order projects from initial planning through production and delivery, managing engineering schedules, resources, technical deliverables, and project milestones

• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, providing technical guidance, workload coordination, and support for professional development

• Take ownership of engineering project execution, working closely with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to improve processes, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful project delivery

The Candidate:

• Accredited degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline

• Engineering or technical project management experience within manufacturing, ideally involving custom-engineered products, electrical equipment, or industrial systems

• Experience coordinating engineering projects and multidisciplinary technical teams, with a strong understanding of engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and project delivery
