Are you an Engineer or Technician with experience in switchgear, protective relays, power systems or electrical commissioning, looking for a customer-facing role with strong technical development and progression?

This is a high-visibility position offering full autonomy over your work, direct exposure to key customers, and the chance to become a trusted technical specialist within the business while progressing into more senior roles.

You will join a well-established engineering business that provides technical solutions to customers across a range of electrical and power applications.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to support system setup, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting, while working alongside internal engineering and commercial teams.

This would suit someone from a switchgear, relay/protection, commissioning, substation or power systems background who enjoys hands-on technical work and customer interaction.

The Role:

• Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site.

• Deliver customer training and support technical projects.

• Up to 20% travel.

The Candidate:

• Experience with switchgear, protective relays, power systems or electrical commissioning.

• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting, testing or field-service experience.

• Background within utilities, substations, electrical testing, power generation or similar.

• Looking to develop technically and progress long term.
