Are you a Field Service Technician, Refrigeration Technician or HVAC Technician looking to level up technically through mentorship and industry certifications, while joining a business that is growing fast due to demand?

On offer is a full-time, permanent role where you will be supported by senior technicians and developed through certifications (CO2, laser alignment, vibration analysis) with a clear route to Senior Technician and then Supervisor for those who want it.

This is a well-established specialist refrigeration and HVAC contractor (est. 2014, 50+ employees) known for building and growing a dedicated service division. Due to continued growth and workload, they are expanding the team.

In this role you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large-capacity commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across Texas, carrying out diagnostics on mechanical/electrical components, planned maintenance, and documenting service activity. You will be field-based from home with regional travel and occasional overnight stays (up to a week).

This role would suit a technician with industrial refrigeration experience looking for advanced technical development, recognized certifications, and a long-term path forward in a growing service team.

The Role:
- Field service covering Texas (home-based) with regional travel and occasional overnights
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration & HVAC systems
- Mechanical/electrical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and service documentation
- 40 hours per week with overtime available

The Person:
- Field Service / Refrigeration / HVAC technician with heavy industrial refrigeration experience (approx. 4+ years)
- Experience with large-capacity refrigeration systems (ammonia, CO2, Freon preferred)
- Comfortable reading technical drawings/service manuals and working safely on customer sites
