Are you a Project Manager looking to step into a role where you will own projects end-to-end, work directly with senior leadership, and develop into a Senior Project Manager?

On offer is a long-term, permanent opportunity with a specialist engineering business where you will receive hands-on training directly from the VP and be given real responsibility managing high-value, bespoke projects from quote through to delivery.

You will be joining a small, profitable company known for delivering complex upgrades and bespoke automation solutions, where everyone is involved and your work is recognised. Due to continued growth and a strong project backlog, they are looking to add an additional Project Manager to support new work.

In this role you will manage projects, support quoting alongside sales/marketing, coordinate with engineering, manage vendor quotations, keep project documentation up to date, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned to timelines and deliverables.

This role would suit a Project Manager looking for structured development, technical variety, and a clear route into a Senior Project Manager position within a growing specialist engineering firm.

The Role:

• Project management role covering heavy industrial machinery, controls, mechanical and electrical projects
• Work with sales/marketing to quote projects and coordinate vendor pricing
• Coordinate internally with engineering to keep projects on track and documentation updated
• Monday to Friday role with flexibility on start time

The Person:

• Project Manager, Controls Engineer, or similar background looking to step into project leadership
• Experience in heavy industrial machinery/manufacturing projects (e.g. automotive, aerospace, food manufacturing)
• Comfortable working with suppliers and customers and coordinating cross-functional teams
