Are you a senior design engineer from an OEM or custom equipment background, looking to take the technical lead on bespoke designs, mentor others and progress into lead and management roles?

On offer is full product training and the option to work from home when needed. You will be responsible for designing new and standard custom equipment, including drive, hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems. You'll also mentor junior engineers in a team of 9, with some international travel.

This role would suit a senior design engineer looking to join a growing company with a great culture, where they can lead technically on bespoke equipment and progress into lead and management roles.

The Role:

• Design new and standard custom equipment in SolidWorks, seeing it through from concept to commissioning
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers within a team of 9
• Clear progression into lead and management positions as the business grows

The Candidate:

• Senior mechanical design experience with an OEM or custom equipment manufacturer
• Strong 3D CAD skills, ideally SolidWorks
• Understanding of OEM design and manufacturing processes
