Do you come from a production, manufacturing or customer service background and want to move into planning, with full training provided?

This is a permanent, Monday-Friday role with a 1-3 month training period. You'll be supported by an experienced planning team while you learn to manage schedules, inventory and changing customer requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Planning experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

You'll be joining a well-established global manufacturer with highly automated production lines, strong employee tenure and a reputation for rewarding people who get results. As the planning team develops, there's room to progress through the planner tiers and potentially into management.

The Role:

• Own the production schedule for your lines, updating it throughout the day as orders, stock and output change
• Start each day with a meeting with the production floor to go over the night before
• Track inventory and keep planning inputs in SAP accurate, making sure there's enough material for the busy season
• Stay in close contact with production supervisors and inside sales to keep deliveries on track when priorities change
• Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

The Person:

• Background in manufacturing, production, customer service or a similar fast-paced environment
• Confident with Excel; SAP experience is a big bonus
• Self-sufficient, adaptable and able to think critically where needed
