Are you a Civil Superintendent looking to take full ownership of heavy civil and underground utility projects, with direct mentorship from an experienced General Superintendent and a clear long-term succession route?

On offer is a permanent opportunity with a long-established heavy civil contractor, where you will be trusted to run site operations from day one and be the key driver keeping work on track, aligned, and delivered to plan.

This business has a strong track record delivering excavation and tunneling work, along with water main and sewer installation projects, and is continuing to grow organically through ongoing project wins.

In this role you will be first on site, align the day's plan with the Foreman and crews, ensure materials and resources are in place, coordinate field changes, and lead client communication including change orders. You will also ensure accurate daily reporting and time sheets are completed.

This role would suit a heavy civil Superintendent with underground utilities experience who wants a long-term position, real responsibility, and the chance to develop into a more senior leadership role over time.

The Role:

• Superintendent running heavy civil and underground utility job sites
• Coordinate daily plan with Foreman and crews; ensure plan is executed
• Client-facing changes and change orders; coordinate field adjustments and hand drawings
• Daily reports and accurate time sheets
• On-site role, typically 7:00am - 4:00pm

The Person:

• Superintendent background in heavy civil / underground utilities (water & sewer)
• Proven ability to run a job site through to completion
• Strong leadership and management skills
