You will take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experienced field teams and senior stakeholders while managing budgets, project documentation and delivery. This role would suit an ambitious Electrical Project Manager or Superintendent looking to develop their career, take ownership of major projects and work towards a senior leadership position within an established and growing organisation.

The Role:

• Managing electrical construction projects from inception through to completion, overseeing project documentation, RFIs and delivery.
• Working closely with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently and successfully.
• Benefiting from structured training, one-to-one mentoring and clear progression opportunities into Senior Project Manager and Project Executive positions.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience managing electrical construction projects within the commercial or industrial sector.
• Experience overseeing project delivery, budgets, documentation and coordination with field teams.
• Background in electrical construction, with experience using Bluebeam or Procore advantageous.
