Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to step into a senior leadership position where you can take ownership of major projects, influence business growth and progress towards a Project Executive role?

You will take a leading role in overseeing complex electrical construction projects, managing project performance, financial budgets and key stakeholders while working closely with field teams and other project management professionals. This role would suit an established Electrical Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, increased earning potential and the opportunity to develop into an influential senior leader within a growing national organisation.

The Role:

• Taking senior responsibility for the delivery of major electrical construction projects, overseeing project performance from inception through to completion.
• Leading and coordinating project teams, working closely with field operations and senior stakeholders.
• Developing towards a Project Executive position through structured training, mentoring and a clearly defined career development pathway.

The Candidate:

• Extensive experience managing electrical construction projects within the commercial or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to oversee complex projects, manage financial performance and coordinate project teams.
• Strong electrical construction background, with experience using Bluebeam or Procore advantageous.
