In this role you will manage on-site delivery, supervise and coordinate open-shop/non-union contractors, liaise with suppliers, produce daily reports, and own client interfaces throughout site execution on industrial cooling systems (chilled-water plants, central utility plants, large chillers or comparable mechanical systems).

This role would suit an EPC Site Project Manager from an industrial construction or mechanical EPC background, looking to take ownership, develop internationally with a global organisation, and progress into building and leading a team with a pathway toward Director-level responsibility.

The Role:
- Site-based EPC project management across industrial/mechanical construction projects in Texas
- On-site supervision and coordination of open-shop/non-union contractors and staff
- Client interface responsibility, supplier coordination, and daily reporting
- Delivery of industrial cooling systems (chilled-water plants, central utility plants, large chillers)

The Person:
- U.S. Citizen with industrial construction or mechanical EPC project management experience (site execution)
- Hands-on experience with industrial cooling systems or comparable large mechanical systems
- Comfortable with sustained, site-based work in Texas and leading contractor teams in the field
