This company is a well-established chemical manufacturing and industrial services provider, supporting customers with specialist solutions across areas like industrial water treatment and hygiene. Due to continued growth and ongoing expansion in the region, they are now looking to add an additional Account Manager to strengthen their team.

In this role you will manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and winning new business. You'll also provide consultative, technical support on-site, troubleshooting systems and knowing when to bring in additional specialist support as needed.

This role would suit an Account Manager with water treatment experience who wants a high-autonomy, field-based position offering hands-on development, long-term progression, and the chance to build a strong reputation in a specialist market.

The Role:

• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business in the Greater Toronto Area
• Provide technical support around industrial water treatment systems, including boilers, chillers and cooling towers
• Work closely with internal service and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Field-based role covering a 2-hour radius of the Toronto area with no stays away

The Person:

• Experience in Account Management, Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial water treatment or chemicals
• Proven track record of growing accounts, winning new business and achieving sales targets
• Understanding of industrial water treatment, pumps, boilers, chillers or cooling towers
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers at all levels
