Are you a Project Manager with modular/offsite or fabrication experience looking for a technically demanding role where you own projects end-to-end and become the go-to person for delivering complex work at the intersection of design, BIM/VDC, fabrication and construction?

On offer is a long-term position with a leading commercial and industrial contractor where you will drive modular projects from award through fabrication, delivery and close-out, with real technical progression (technical or management route) and course reimbursement for relevant certifications.

This business is well-established in the region with a long track record, a large team, and major in-house prefabrication capability. Following continued growth and investment (including expanded facilities), they are now looking to add to their modular delivery team.

In this role you will coordinate engineering, VDC/BIM, procurement and fabrication to ensure models and drawings are fabrication-ready, materials are released on time, and shop workflows stay aligned to schedule. You will own project financials (cost tracking, forecasting, margin performance) and use KPI reporting across productivity, schedule, cost and quality to drive decisions.

This role would suit a modular/offsite Project Manager looking to deepen their technical expertise, take full ownership, and progress long term within a market-leading contractor.

The Role:
- End-to-end leadership of modular construction projects from award to close-out
- Coordination across design, VDC/BIM, procurement and fabrication teams
- Own schedules, material releases and shop workflow alignment
- Manage project financials, forecasting, margin and KPI reporting

The Person:
- Project management experience in modular construction, offsite fabrication, or industrial/commercial projects
- Strong understanding of BIM/VDC coordination and design-to-fabrication processes
- Comfortable owning cost, schedule and client-facing delivery
