Are you a Modular Project Manager, Offsite Construction Project Manager, or Fabrication Project Manager looking to own complex projects end-to-end and become the go-to lead at the intersection of design, VDC/BIM, fabrication, and site delivery?

On offer is a technically demanding, long-term role with a well-established commercial and industrial contractor known for delivering high-quality work, with clear long-term development routes (technical or management progression) and reimbursement for relevant upskilling and certifications.

This company is a regional leader with a long track record and significant in-house offsite capability, including large prefabrication facilities producing their own MEP components. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to add to their modular delivery team.

In this role you will lead projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and close-out. You will coordinate engineering, VDC/BIM, procurement, and fabrication to ensure models and drawings are fabrication-ready, materials are released on time, and shop workflows stay aligned to project priorities.

The Role:
- End-to-end leadership of modular/offsite projects from award through fabrication, delivery, and close-out
- Coordinate engineering and VDC/BIM teams to drive constructability and fabrication-ready deliverables
- Own project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and margin performance
- Develop and maintain integrated project and fabrication schedules, aligning shop workflows and material releases
- Primary client point of contact, leading progress meetings and managing expectations

The Person:
- Project management experience in modular construction, offsite fabrication, or industrial/commercial project delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials (cost, forecasting, margin) and cross-functional coordination
- Comfortable working with tools such as Procore, Excel, and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment
