Are you an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking to take full ownership of a portfolio of large, complex commercial MEP projects? Do you want to be the senior authority that clients, architects and engineers trust, with the autonomy to run your projects your way?

On offer is a senior position where you will lead two or more projects at a time, set the objectives, standards and strategy on each, and help shape the business by developing new work with your clients. You will have HVAC, plumbing and electrical in-house and two prefab shops behind you, giving you real control over schedule, quality and cost.

In this role you will be the face of the business on your projects, leading superintendents and project teams, owning the commercial and financial performance, and building the client relationships that win repeat work.

This role would suit an MEP Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking to be recognized as the senior lead on high-value commercial projects, with genuine autonomy and a business that rewards it.

The Role:

• Full ownership of multiple commercial MEP projects, leading superintendents, field staff and project teams
• Lead the commercial side, including revenue forecasts, cash flow, schedule of values and change orders, and develop new business with key clients
• Excellent salary, bonus, fully paid benefits and reimbursed specialist certifications

The Candidate:

• 10+ years' experience in project management with a commercial MEP or mechanical contractor
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent vocational training and experience
• Looking for a senior, autonomous, long-term position
