Are you an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking to lead a portfolio of high-value commercial MEP projects? Are you looking for a senior role where you are trusted to make the big calls and recognized as the go-to authority with clients, architects and engineers?

On offer is a senior position overseeing two or more projects at a time, with the autonomy to set the objectives, standards and strategy on each and a real say in growing the business through your client relationships. With HVAC, plumbing and electrical in-house and two prefab shops behind you, you will have genuine control over schedule, quality and cost.

In this role you will lead superintendents and project teams, own the financial performance of your projects from forecasting through to change orders, and represent the business at client level to win repeat and new work.

This role would suit an MEP Senior Project Manager or Project Executive looking for a high-autonomy senior position on complex commercial projects, with a business that recognizes and rewards that expertise.

The Role:

• Full ownership of multiple commercial MEP projects, leading superintendents, field staff and project teams
• Lead the commercial side, including revenue forecasts, cash flow, schedule of values and change orders, and develop new business with key clients
• Excellent salary, bonus, fully paid benefits and reimbursed specialist certifications

The Candidate:

• 10+ years' experience in project management with a commercial MEP or mechanical contractor
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent vocational training and experience
• Looking for a senior, autonomous, long-term position
