Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking to take the lead on multiple commercial projects? Are you looking for a senior role with real autonomy, where you are recognized as the expert and have a clear route to Project Executive?

On offer is a senior position overseeing two or more projects at a time, with the authority to set the objectives, standards and performance on each and a hand in developing new business with your clients. With HVAC, plumbing and electrical in-house and two prefab shops behind you, you will have genuine control over schedule, quality and cost.

In this role you will lead site supervision and project staff, own your projects from estimating work packages through to closeout, and be the main point of contact for owners, architects and engineers.

This role would suit an MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager looking for autonomy on high-value commercial projects and a defined path into a Project Executive role.

The Role:

• Full ownership of multiple commercial MEP projects, leading site supervision and project staff through to closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, change requests and client relationships, and develop new business with key clients
• Excellent salary, two bonus schemes, vehicle allowance, fully paid benefits and progression to Project Executive

The Candidate:

• 8+ years' project management experience with a commercial MEP or mechanical contractor
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent vocational training and experience
• Looking for a senior, long-term position with progression
