Are you an MEP Project Manager looking to take the lead on large commercial construction projects? Do you want to be the technical authority on MEP design and constructability, with a clear route to Senior Project Manager and Project Executive?

On offer is a role where you will lead projects across mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, electrical and fire protection, reviewing plans and specifications and owning delivery from planning through to closeout. With every trade in-house and two prefab shops behind you, you will have real control over schedule, quality and cost.

In this role you will be the team leader on your projects, mentoring site leadership, owning budgets and forecasts, and building strong relationships with clients, architects and engineers.

This role would suit an MEP Project Manager looking for ownership of complex commercial projects and a clear long-term path to senior leadership.

The Role:

• Lead delivery of commercial MEP projects, reviewing plans and specifications for design and constructability
• Own budgets, revenue forecasts, cash flow and change orders, and mentor site leadership
• Fully paid benefits, certification reimbursement and progression to Senior PM and Project Executive

The Candidate:

• 7+ years' experience in commercial MEP project management or MEP construction
• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent vocational training and experience
• Looking for a long-term career with progression
