Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to take ownership of commercial HVAC projects from planning through to completion? Are you looking for a position where your technical expertise and ability to lead projects will be recognized, with the autonomy to influence project delivery and financial performance?

On offer is an opportunity to take the lead on commercial mechanical projects, overseeing everything from HVAC installation and ductwork fabrication through to commissioning, subcontractor management and final delivery. You will have the responsibility to shape project outcomes, make key decisions and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

This established commercial contractor has a strong pipeline of projects and continues to expand its mechanical construction division. This is a great opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a business that values technical expertise and gives its Project Managers the autonomy to deliver.

In this role, you will be a key figure in the delivery of commercial mechanical projects, combining your understanding of HVAC systems with the commercial and leadership skills needed to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and site teams. The Role:

• Full ownership of commercial mechanical and HVAC project delivery, including ductwork fabrication, installation and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasting, schedules, procurement and change orders.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Candidate:

• Experienced in Project Management within commercial mechanical or HVAC construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including air distribution, ductwork, hydronic systems and installation practices.
• Looking to take ownership of projects, develop their career and make a lasting impact.
