Are you a Commercial HVAC Technician, Chiller Technician, or Service Technician looking to sharpen your technical skills through structured training and paid certifications, while building a long-term career with a stable, well-established company?

This is a permanent position with a commercial HVAC specialist where you will receive ongoing technical development through a competency program and support to gain additional certifications, including centrifugal chiller training, with a clear route to step up as the business continues to grow.

Established in 1986 with a strong service and construction operation, this employer is known for its family feel, strong culture, and continued expansion into new markets. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to add an additional field technician to their service team.

In this role you will work as a remote field service technician covering a local patch (typically within a 1.5-hour radius, with only occasional overnight stays), diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment including chillers (20-120 ton), VRFs, VAVs, package units, split systems, and exhaust fans.

This role would suit an experienced commercial HVAC technician looking to deepen their technical capability, gain additional certifications, and progress long-term within a growing service organization.

The Role:
- Remote field service role covering a local area (typically within a 1.5-hour radius)
- Service, fault-find, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, VRF, VAV, package units, split systems, and exhaust fans
- 40-hour week (8am-5pm) with optional seasonal overtime
- Report into the Director of Service / service leadership team

The Person:
- 3+ years' experience in commercial HVAC service
- Chiller experience (20-120 ton) and EPA certification
- Clean driver's license and happy to travel locally / attend the Wilmington office when required
