This growing software company develops AI products that help enterprise customers automate complex business processes. With significant expansion plans, they are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to play a key role in delivering their technology into customer environments.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, deliver technical demonstrations and manage implementations through to production. You will write TypeScript, build API integrations and help deploy solutions across cloud and private infrastructure, working closely with engineering and product teams to resolve challenges and improve the platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, DevOps or a similar technical delivery role. You will combine practical coding and troubleshooting skills with the confidence to communicate with customers, understand their needs and take ownership of delivery.

The Role:

• Own customer pilots and implementations from initial requirements through to production deployment.
• Build and troubleshoot TypeScript integrations, APIs and supporting tools.
• Support cloud and on-premises deployments, including configuration, access and networking.
• Lead customer demonstrations, technical workshops and implementation discussions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to turn customer feedback into improvements.
• Based in Manhattan, with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

The Person:

• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, DevOps or forward deployed engineering.
• Comfortable writing and debugging TypeScript and working with APIs.
• Understanding of deployment environments, containers, networking, authentication and monitoring.
• Confident communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take ownership and manage changing priorities.
• Experience with enterprise software, financial services or AI products would be beneficial.
