In this role you will support and help run projects tied to large-scale building mechanical operations, working closely with site stakeholders and supervising teams. You'll be involved with plant and systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and building automation systems (BAS).

This role would suit an Assistant Project Manager with facilities/building mechanical experience looking for structured development, increased responsibility, and progression into a Project Manager or Facilities Manager position.

The Role:

• Assistant Project Manager role within facilities / building operations
• Supporting delivery of projects across large facilities (500,000+ sq ft)
• Mon-Fri, on-site position

The Person:

• 5+ years' recent experience managing/supervising building mechanical operations in large facilities (500,000+ sq ft)
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and BAS
• Proven ability to lead teams
