Are you a Roofing Estimator (or Construction Estimator) looking for a long-term role where you'll be developed by an experienced team and given a clear route into a Senior Estimator position within a stable, well-established business?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a long-standing commercial roofing contractor working across public/municipal and government projects, where you'll be supported to grow your estimating capability and take real ownership of your workload.

This is a family-run company with the feel of a close-knit team, but operating at a larger scale-where the owners know who you are, value what you do, and there is genuine room to progress as the business continues to grow.

In this role you will produce commercial roofing estimates, complete take-offs independently, and support projects across Long Island and New York City, with site visits as required and one remote day per week.

This role would suit an Estimator with commercial roofing estimating experience, looking for structured onboarding, training on Acculynx, and a clear path to seniority in a growing, reputable contractor.

The Role:

• Commercial roofing estimating across public/municipal and government projects
• Take-offs completed independently
• Site visits across Long Island and New York City as required
• Monday-Friday position with one remote day per week

The Person:

• Commercial roofing estimating experience (5+ years listed as essential)
• Ability to perform take-offs independently
• Looking for training and progression to a Senior Estimator level role
