The company are an established organization within the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their HR team, offering the chance to gain valuable experience and take on increasing responsibility.

You will work closely with the US HR Manager, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration and wider HR operations. You will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, helping managers and employees while developing your understanding of HR policies, systems and processes.

This role would suit an Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources, gain varied experience and develop into a well-rounded HR professional.

The Role:

• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration

• Work closely with the US People Manager, gaining exposure to HR projects and employee development initiatives

• Opportunity to develop your HR skills, take on increasing responsibility and progress long term

The Person:

• Experience in administration, HR support or a coordinator position

• Strong organizational, communication and Microsoft Office skills

• Looking to develop a long-term career within Human Resources
