Are you a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Superintendent from an industrial or construction background, looking to take ownership of high-value projects and progress to Regional Manager?

This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for leading industrial manufacturing projects, where you'll have the autonomy to influence every aspect of each project from initiation to completion. There are also clear pathways to open your own office or step into senior technical positions.

This is an international engineering and project management firm that delivers complex projects for leading industrial manufacturers. They are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a Project Manager to lead large projects in North Carolina.

On offer is the opportunity to make major decisions across all areas of the project, working directly with the owner on design, procurement, safety and budgets, coordinating stakeholders and overcoming any roadblocks that could hinder progress. There is the opportunity to open an office in the area and take on a crucial role in the company, contributing significantly to its growth.

This role would suit a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Superintendent from an industrial or construction background who is looking to take on ownership of high-value projects and progress to Regional Manager.

The Role:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the project, from design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage all aspects of the project, making major decisions and resolving issues.
• Work directly with the owner throughout the project.

The Candidate:

• Experience managing industrial projects.
• Has managed the full lifecycle of a project from initiation to completion.
• Eager to progress into a senior role.
