The Role:

• Preparing commissioning plans, prefunctional checklists and functional performance testing procedures for commercial projects.
• Visiting project sites to review MEP installations, witness testing and verify systems are operating in accordance with design requirements.
• Identifying, documenting and resolving project deficiencies, working closely with contractors, engineers and project stakeholders.
• Producing commissioning reports, managing project documentation and developing towards Commissioning Manager through mentorship and training.

The Candidate:

• Experience in commissioning, HVAC, MEP systems, building automation or mechanical engineering.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, building controls, system testing, troubleshooting and sequences of operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and work confidently with contractors, project managers and engineers.
