You will be given the opportunity to expand beyond traditional HVAC controls work, developing your knowledge of commercial building systems and taking greater ownership of projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive mentorship and training to develop into a Commissioning Agent, with the longer-term opportunity to progress into Commissioning Manager.

The Role:

• Working on commercial HVAC and building automation systems, including DDC controls, testing and troubleshooting.
• Visiting project sites, reviewing installations and identifying technical issues and deficiencies.
• Supporting commissioning activities, including system testing, verifying operational sequences and documenting results.
• Receiving dedicated mentorship and training, with a clear opportunity to progress into Commissioning Management.

The Candidate:

• Experience with HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), DDC or commercial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, system testing, controls programming or HVAC installation and commissioning.
• Good communication skills, with the confidence to work alongside contractors, project managers, engineers and other site personnel.
