This company has grown significantly over the last year and continues to win work, priding itself on the company culture. As a result of continued success, they are now looking to add another Project Manager to support delivery and further growth.

In this role you will act as the "CEO" of your projects, managing financial and operational performance from contract execution through closeout, covering budgeting, scheduling, planning, submittals, materials, QC and coordination.

This role would suit a commercial construction Project Manager looking to own projects but still be part of a team, earn recognition through performance, and grow into a senior leadership path as the company expands.

The Role:

• Manage projects from contract award through closeout
• Own financial and operational responsibilities, including budgeting and scheduling
• Handle planning, submittals, materials, QC and coordination

The Person:

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
• Project Management experience
• Operates with integrity and teamwork
