Do you have experience with purchase orders, shipping documentation, purchasing or inventory control, and are you looking for a salaried role with a set 40-hour week, half-day Fridays, annual pay reviews and a genuine route into sales with a global industry leader?

On offer is a stable, long-term, office-based role. You will turn orders from the field sales team into accurate purchase orders for production. You will be mentored one-to-one by an experienced Inside Sales Manager and supported by a structured 30/60/90-day plan.

The Role:

• Salaried, strict 40-hour week with half-day Fridays and no customer-facing targets.
• One-to-one mentoring from an experienced manager, plus a structured 30/60/90-day plan.
• Annual pay reviews and a proven route into sales and leadership roles.

The Candidate:

• Experience with purchase orders, bills of lading, shipping documentation, purchasing or inventory control.
• Detail-oriented, organized and enjoys process-driven work.
