Are you a Service Coordinator or someone with experience managing service tickets and work orders, looking to join a growing company offering excellent training and long-term career progression?

The Role:

• Manage service tickets and work orders from start to finish
• Troubleshoot service requests and coordinate resolutions
• Schedule technicians, contractors and maintenance activities
• Communicate with customers and vendors

The Person:

• Experience in service coordination, dispatching or customer service
• Experience using ticketing or work order management systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating technicians beneficial
