Are you a Construction graduate looking to start your career as an Estimator with a long-established contractor where you will learn directly from experienced estimators, gain hands-on project exposure, and progress into a senior estimating position?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your estimating career within a growing commercial roofing business, covering public, municipal, and government projects across Long Island and NYC, with structured on-the-job training and development from day one.

This is a family-run company with 70 years of history and around 85 employees, known for being a business where the owners know you and genuinely invest in their people. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a graduate and develop them long-term within their estimating team.

In this role you will be trained on their estimating processes and Acculink software, spend time with each of the four estimators to learn best practice, and support the preparation of bids and pricing. You will also attend site visits across Long Island and NYC as required.

This role would suit a Construction graduate looking for a long-term career path where you will receive structured training, real project exposure, and clear progression to Senior Estimator.

The Role:

• Graduate entry Estimator role with full on-the-job training
• Supporting bid preparation, pricing, and learning to complete takeoffs
• Working on commercial roofing projects (public / municipal / government work)
• Site visits across Long Island and NYC as required

The Person:

• Construction-related degree (or graduating soon)
• Eager to build a long-term career in estimating with structured training and development
• Happy to travel to sites across Long Island and NYC when required
